Liona Manuel, B.Sc. ND

Liona Manuel graduated with Honours in Biochemistry at McMaster University, with a minor in music. Due to her strong belief in the naturopathic philosophy and her passion to assist and empower others towards health, Liona decided to pursue her medical training in Naturopathic Medicine from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine.

Liona is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor with the Board of Directors of Drugless Therapy – Naturopathy (BDDT-N) and a member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors. She is also certified by the BDDT-N in Parenteral Therapy; trained in Bowen Therapy; and is knowledgeable in Biological Terrain Analysis, Darkfield Microscopy and Heavy Metal Detoxification. Liona also has a vast knowledge in natural health products from her various roles with Body Mind Science Resources (the professional dispensary of the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine), now called Body and Mind.

Liona has a special interest in Diabetes and other Endocrinne disorders. She currently provides Naturopathic diabetes care and education in a private clinic in Maple, Ontario, and is now accepting new patients.
